A Community Calling

Spotsylvania County has been Michael’s home for seventeen years and counting. He attended local public schools from first grade to high school graduation, developing a well-built passion for his home community and for creating productive outcomes for all neighbors and taxpayers. Michael’s empathy, integrity, and history of servant leadership brings valuable experiences to move Spotsylvania forward.

Giving a Voice

Our County must elect a Board member who fights for all humans. Michael endures the impacts of our local officials’ disruptive, harmful decisions alongside many County residents who seek change and hope. Michael’s need to answer the call for help in his community is the cornerstone reason behind his decision to represent the Courtland District on the Board of Supervisors. Michael will stand with teachers, parents, entrepreneurs, social workers, and many community leaders to help our County prosper.

On The Issues

Looking in the  mirror, I see a mother proud to call Dinwiddie home. I see a single parent, who works hard to provide a decent life for her son. I see a concerned citizen, who believes you shouldn’t have to choose between groceries or gas.

But lately, I see more than an individual. I see parents who want their children to attend quality public schools. I see neighbors, who want to run errands without fearing for their safety. I see an economy leaving us behind no matter how hard we work. I see the need to take action.

I’m running because I feel called to stand up for others.

I’m not a career politician, but if it takes me getting into politics to invoke change, then I will become a politician for all of us!
